Associate Plan 
  

People who are interested to associate with company and book a plot are called ‘associates’. Associates will hold ownership of booked plot or plots by the registered sale deed only after the term has over.

Required Documents 

Two passport size photos and some documents as follows-

For identification-

  1.     Voter’s identity card

  2.     PAN card

  3.     Passport

  4.     Driving License

  5.     Domicile Certificate

  6.     State/central Government certified ID proof

  7.     And so many more

For address Proof-

  1.     Ration card

  2.     Voter’s identity card

  3.     Driving license

  4.     Passport

  5.     Bill/statements from telephone, electricity, bank (less than 6 month)

  6.     Domicile Certificate

Death Compensation

company has made the provision to provide a casual death compensation amount of its associates. The only associates are apt to this plan whose 12 month installments will have been deposited without break.
